This program it’s good when you’re family bcz it could save a lot of money

So glad I purchased this piece of mind warranty extension for my Dyson product. I never had a problem with previous old Dyson. But with the newer smaller handheld one i thought it would be a great decision.

Will never purchase a vacuum without a protection plan. Best Buy does a great job of covering and malfunctions by replacing the item on the spot. I highly recommend the plan.

I had a rough experience that had to be handled by the manager. I was told by Geek Sqad that my apple care plan really doesn’t cover my AirPods which really upset me and also had to make 2 appointments for my AirPods because your system wasn’t functioning correctly and it seems as if no one cared. I was told my AirPods would be back in 3 to 5 days then the manager says that wasn’t true it would be longer. Just frustrating because I use my AirPods for work I can’t have my phone in my hand and work.

Geek squad protection- was able to use to replace my vacuum when it broke

Best buys insurances are always the best! It is almost like a guarantee it either works or get your money back or get it fixed. If it is damaged then you are given a new one, definitely worth the money.

I always get Geek Squad protection for everything I buy. That is why I only shop at Best Buy.

Thankfully the product has yet to need to be serviced by Geek Squad, but it’s great to know they are there!

Always buy their protection plans on anything that gets used a lot. They will fix or replace anything no matter how it was broken.

Replaces your vacuum if something goes wrong. I recommend getting the protection plan.
