Have always purchased geek squad protection on all items I have purchased through best buy. Easy and convenient replacement

Purchased new pricey vacuum and 3 year extended warranty. Was told at time of purchase, April 2024, that the manufacturer warranty was 3 years and then the extended was for an additional 3 years. So there would be 6 years of coverage. Today was informed by Best Buy that the extended warranty we purchased ran concurrently with the manufacturer warranty-so we only have a 3 year warranty.The gentleman at Corporate said this to which I responded why, if its covered by manufacture warranty. His reply was "You get extra things". This is NOT what we have been told each time we would buy extended coverage on big items. We are sooo done with Best Buy. Bye -bye

It's a must you buy something that will continue to use protect it with a warranty so you don't waste your money.

Warranty & geek squad protection is a must on any product.

I have always bought the warranty so i have it if I need it, not need it when I dont have it.

It has a pretty long cord to i was able to reach down my stairs and pretty user friendly. I did have to do multiple passes over tougher stains but it did make a difference.

Very handy for any purchase that I may buy. Last thing you wanna do is regret nog purchasing replacement protection.
