What I like about this vacuum is that there is a compartment for the dirt and I only have to empty the bin once a month. However, the vacuum is not that old and I need a replacement battery. I can’t even use it for two minutes on hard flooring without it dying. I was really disappointed that this is happening because I love Shark brand and usually don’t have issues. If you don’t mind buying batteries for it, it’s a good purchase.

I diligently read the reviews for a BoBsweep, and only found 2 reviews for the BoBsweep! Lots for Roobas, iRobots,Dysons, Sharks, stick vaccums, stick mops, and on and on. If youre using AI, get rid of it. These reviews of other products dont fo anything for the supposed product. Booooo!

For the areas it cleans, it does great. I have remapped a dozen times, and it won't leave the main room sometimes, won't find a room or two other times.

It worked great until it kept telling me to replace the dirty water tank. Then dealing with customer service was very disappointing. Honestly it's not worth the money. The company is horrible at dealing with customers. Outsourced to another country and slow to deal with warranty. I wouldn't buy again.

Vacuum gets clogged up with the smallest amount of hair or dirt. Kept getting error twenty-six (26) which means the vacuum is experiencing insufficient airflow. I cleaned filters and every possible crevice in the vacuum and still kept getting this error. Do your research..you will find this is a common problem. Lots of problems with unit finding home base, charging and interfacing with its smartphone app. Total frustration and misery using this unit for 10 days...could not wait to return it.

Works great for the first year after that motor gets stuck even if cleaned properly the debris gets stuck too easily on the motor not worth the price.

I have only had the vacuum for a few months and the battery is no longer charging (flashes red on the charger). When it did work it was a very powerful vacuum, however now I have to spend 2/3 the original price of the vacuum just to replace a defective battery. Very frustrating! Don't waste your money on this model until Hoover can figure out the battery issue.

Delivery company failed to pickup and deliver product. I didn’t even get a notification of this failure. With the issues BB has had with sales, you’d think they would be on their game. NOT! I’ll go to Amazon and purchase this. Sad BB.

It lasted 1 year almosr to thw day. Disappointed in the amount of money I spent on this.

Always hit and miss .. Its been 3 weeks i am using it . I am setting up to clean Kitchen aread but it randomly start cleaning any area. Without any alert it goes back to dock .. App does not show what its cleaning .. Poor app with no clear navigation. When you ask for cleaning its shows the room to select .. All room list is not in any sorted order and cleaning specific room never worked for me ... it does random clean up .. deleted the map 3 times but still same issue .. today is enough and i am returning it

Exchanged my first one after the first use due to faulty filter cleaning sensor within minutes of my first use. Got my second one, same thing!! Within minutes of the first use of the second one I purchased the "Filter Needs Cleaning" sensor came on! Waste of time and money, sounds like its a problem with this product and others have had this same experience with Dyson v15.

I wanted to like this vacuum cleaner but it was a disappointment. Although it picked up the dog hair, it's very heavy to push on the carpet. The tools are made from a very cheap plastic. Overall I cannot recommend this vacuum cleaner.

I had geek squad insurance on for my phone and when I was getting a replacement device.. the first phone had a broken sim/sd card tray and a bubble between the screen glass and LCD. Second 0hone had a replaced camera which had a piece of lint on the inside which did affect the camera. I will not purchase/use the geeksquad protection plan again!

Not worth it. It clogs all the time and does not clean cat hair very well worst vacuum ive ever used

Great little powerful vacuum but it died after a year
