    It was good at the start but, later on the power of it just left. It’s decent but, better opinions return and had zero issues with the Geek Squad service.

    At first, I loved the idea of getting this vacuum but after using it I wasn't the best option battery dies too fast, and lose the power while using the vacuum even tho is charged.

    Too heavy and very awkward! This is one of the worst vacuum cleaners I've ever bought. Pros: Loved the suction and the dual brushrolls with the fins instead of bristles to have to cut hair out of. Cons: Everything else. Too heavy and extremely awkward to maneuver. Lugging this monster around was exhausting! Even to try to use it as a canister was terrible. It won't sit up, it has no feet and is rounded and continuously falls over and flops around all over the floor like a 50 pound fish. I tried to use the wand, but it was too long for what I wanted to use it for, so i tried to use just the hose, which would have worked for the job, except the vacuum cleaner won't run to use only the hose. It wouldn't turn on at all. I connected the hose back to the wand and it turned on, no problem. So the hose is useless too. I really, really wanted to love it, but it was so frustrating to use, i returned it.

    Geek Squad ruined my expectation, Do not recommend

    Received my product on May 20,But this was activated on May 18, Went to store for repair on 18th, Requested for Help, said no, Call Geek Squad. Called them, They said Store should accept and help you. Went back to store and requested for repair, Rob- store manager said, Call Geek Squad they will send a person to your home, Called them again, Said You can take it to near by store as it is easy to carry. Felt helpless. Finally after 2 days, Called iRobot team, explained my situation, spent over $1400(including Geek Squad) not even 2 years; They took it seriously, sending me whole replacement unit as it was delivered on May 20th. Big thanks to iRobot customer team as they tried to understand situation. I will stick to iRobot, but never with best buy or Geek Squad.

    What good is a $90 3-year plan on an item that has a 2-year warranty? Since it has a good warranty, I asked, is it 3 years after or 3 years total. I was told 3 years after, for a total of 5 years. $90 makes sense for that. When BB sent me the papers, it showed an expiration of 2024. Nope! Not buying! Apparently BB changed the rules on this.

    The warranty description for vacuums is false. The warranty is good for a one-time replacement only. They do not fix vacuums. After your one-time use, you loose the warranty. If you want to keep the warranty, you have to buy it again at full price. I don't think I would have bought the warranty had I know how it really works.

    My steam mop stop working after 11 months. I took it back to bestbuy and got a refund of the mop cost but nothing back for my 3 year protection (Refund was easy). I feel I should get some money back as I did not get 3 years of protection.

    I spent $200 on this plan. I had to return the product after having it three months and not getting the expected result. I got back the purchase cost of the product, and no pro rated portion of the $200 plan was returned to me. I wasted $200 for an extended return period. This is the third and final time I will let a geek squad plan disappoint me. Geek Squad has the most twisted and cruel policies I’ve ever had the displeasure of encountering.

    This vacuum didn't work for me, I think it was second hand because two months after purchasing it, it was ruined and best buy doesn't want to change it. I don't recommend it and I bought others that were cheaper and last longer.And insurance don’t want help me

    Dont Buy Protection Plan. Not Worth It.

    Bought irobot i7+ and 4yr protection plan. Less than a year, my irobot was damage so I brought it to BestBuy for repair. They send it to manufacturer. Manufacturer was not able to fix it. Best buy decided then to exchange it with store credit and cancelled my 4 yr warranty. I was expecting that the manufacturer warranty should kick in first before the GeekSquad warranty. Ended up buying the 4yr accidental warranty for nothing.
