This insurance is worthless. I bought a vacuum in October of 2022 it broke had to return it. I paid for 3 years geek squad. Guess what it doesn’t last 3 years if you use it you have to pay $50 to renew something you paid for 3 years. What a rip job.

I just died and stopped charging, i seems to be low in power. I gets stuck constantly.

NEVER PAY FOR IT EVER. if it doesnt work they will issue a refund and you loose out on all your money. the refund will be best buy gift card so you are forced to buy there

I had high hopes on this product based on reviews. But I unfortunately did not have a positive experience with it. And I ended up returning. Though I believe the outcomes varies based on material, it did not do any type of cleaning on my furniture.

Pay for 5 year protection. Product has a manufacture defect ( WiFi issue) before 1 year of use. Cost full price of Service Plan instead of portion used, or even recognizing it is a manufacture issue. Wouldn't recommend long purchase of these plans.

This is exact same warranty as online and everywhere else that is way cheaper. Beat buy leads u to believe you are paying more for warranty so you can bring back and exchange in sore. In fact it’s just like Amazon or anywhere else. You wait for weeks h til the send it off to manufacturer and get it back just like everywhere eale

Wife has a shoulder injury an is unable to use its Very havey. good succession .

The protection plan does not replace the battery pack on the Dyson V10 animal cordless stick vacuum bought Nov 2020 . Worthless plan. Got a pro-rated refund.

i bought this to cover both my items but i guess it only covers one item so I was told incorrectly at the store I told them i needed the Geek squad protection for both items. Terrible service now I am stuck with a printer I can not take back that will not work correctly because it will not connect to my WiFi

if something goes bad they make you buy a whole new plan. pretty crappy.

I wish bb explained this warranty much clear before I purchased , was quiet disappointed that it can only be used “ once” within the span of 3 years , not replace item within 3 years as much as you want

Beat buy charges a premium for what you think is a return and replace. In fact it is not it is like all other cheaper online where they send it off and you wait for weeks until you get it back from the manufacture. Save money and buy elsewhere or online

I had purchased this warranty for my dyson vacuum, and I was completely shocked when after one year my vacuum stopped working. I ended up having to use my warranty before the year and pay some out of pocket money. I will not be using dyson or that particular warranty again.

I bought this as a gift to go along with a robot vacuum I bought for my mother’s birthday. Thank God the vacuum wouldn’t work on her carpet and I was able to return it and this overpriced warranty

Un reliable. I bought 1 and it died after 18month. Thought it was just a bad one bought this 18 month later also having issues

I paid for a warranty had vacuum less than a year and I didn’t receive my warranty money back they only credited me back the price of vacuum

So they sell you this warranty without telling you that the machine itself comes with a two year factory warranty already! So don't waste your money!
