    I thought I was getting replacement insurance the da#n guy /lady gave parts insurance... You think I'll a $500 irobot vacuum and not get replacement insurance

    I haven't had a problem with my purchase just received it this month. I was going to call them because I couldn't turn the thing on,Vacuum Robot was the purchase made for service.

    We have had our Sony TV for less than one year. We were having an issue with the TV, called for Geek Squad service. The first appoinTMENT they could give us was 3 WEEKS AWAY! Totally unacceptable.

    Won't replace now, new policy to send back to factory for repairs. 6 to 10 weeks wait and no promise problem will be fixed.

    Not impressed. My problem wasn't listened to. So when the machine got sent off, it came back with the same problem. Made me feel stupid.

    They did a poor job installing the home theatre system and specially the fancy remote control - nothing but problems. Can never get through via phone.
