Amazing this is the second one I have gotten. Very light weight, good battery life and it cleans very good. We got 3 years out of our first one. We have kids and they dropped it a lot so honestly I feel it could’ve lasted longer.

The 5 years plans are great on these small appliances items I had small charging plan after 4 years of my V8 dyson still had time to upgrade and/or even trade

My Dyson v10 stopped working. BUT, since I had purchased the Geek Squad 2 year protection plan, returning the vacuum was a breeze. I was issued a store card with the purchase amount which I used to purchase the Dyson V12 and the 3 year protection plan with Geek Squad. I couldn't be b more pleased with the service.

It’s the first time I’ve ever bought a warranty on a house hold item and I am very glad I did it broke one week before the warranty was up they returned all my money so I could purchase a new one THANKS GEEK SQUAD

You won't catch me. buying any products without this warranty! best thing ever! No hassle replacement if your product is defective or stops working. As always, read the disclosures so you can know for sure if it's worth it on the device of choice. Overall, will always try to get this

I regret not getting this sooner! This robot performs so well in picking up pet hair, dust, and sand. It has saved me so much time since I can still work while this runs in another housing area. I have luxury vinyl plank flooring, hardwood flooring, and area rugs. Does a great job on all my surfaces!
