This is one of the best warranty plans out there for us consumers. A little pricey, but well worth the investment.

I always buy the geek squad plan, with any item that I want to buy from Best Buy just to be safe that if anything happen for the item.

You can never go wrong with geek squad protection. They have always been so helpful and it gives me a piece of mind knowing my devise(s) are protected

Love it - its a must have for all electronics, as they all break! But especially like Dyson or Roomba! They break a lot and are expensive,..

Purchased new pricey vacuum and 3 year extended warranty. Was told at time of purchase, April 2024, that the manufacturer warranty was 3 years and then the extended was for an additional 3 years. So there would be 6 years of coverage. Today was informed by Best Buy that the extended warranty we purchased ran concurrently with the manufacturer warranty-so we only have a 3 year warranty.The gentleman at Corporate said this to which I responded why, if its covered by manufacture warranty. His reply was "You get extra things". This is NOT what we have been told each time we would buy extended coverage on big items. We are sooo done with Best Buy. Bye -bye

Warranties are great. I don't always get them. This product had to be replaced and it worked out well with the warranty. Extra Security.

If you are buying a vacuum, I think it is always great to pick this up. Best Buy is easy to deal with on product replacement.
