Tv wasnt delivered to me damaged love that. I am a sold customer,i will be shopping here more often.

They were nice and helpful when my TV screen went black. I tried for hours to reset it by unplugging it and waiting and plugging it back in to the power outlet. Nothing worked.

I bough it because it includes damages by voltage and where I live the electricity isn’t steady

When I bought my Hisense - 55" Class H9G TV. I bought the 5 year warranty. It broke 4.5 years later. I took to the Geek Squad. They said it couldn't be repaired. I got all my money and put towards my dream TV LG OLED, So, I bought another. Highly recommend it. It was worth every penny.

Absolutely get an extended warranty. If you don’t have an issue great, but you loose if you don’t have a warranty and your basic warranty is up, you’re out. You will get credit back and don’t have to deal with OEM, shipping, etc. Just do the warranty and get no hassle Best Buy return the same day, unless it’s a TV then you have to go thru their service center but still bought another warranty with the next TV.

Worth the price. I take care of my stuff but you just never know.
