My last TV started having problems/ So the 5 year warranty came in handy

I bought this because the price was so good, and I have had Geek Squad protection plans before. Have not had to use it yet, but its there just in case.

Really glad we got the protection. It’s so worth it for a piece of mine.

Apparently, this is an excellent warranty according to all my answered questions about how the warrant works. All I have to do is call the Best Buy store if I need assistance with my TV. The TV stays at home, and I am glad about that since it is mounted on a wall. The technicians come my home if I ever need assistance. I feel really comfortable and happy that I bought a 5 year warranty.

The all around service i received was great! Best buy is not just a leader in electronics, but they lead in customer service as well.

I would definitely not buy a TV today without an additional warranty. TV’s today have so many features and issues can arise. Having a warranty for five years at a lower price is a great value. If it can’t be fixed , you can get it replaced. With a warranty, you have a chance for repair or replacement. Saves u from buying another unit. Best deal around. Best Buy Geeks usually are great.

I'm so glad I purchased the extended warranty when I bought my 55" insignia Fire TV. I had to exchange for another one after a month and then exchange again for an upgraded brand.

Great protection plan with a good price for 5 years.

I have purchased this protection for the last few years for my peace of mind. I've used them a few times, they installed my hardwired Ring doorbell, backyard Ring camera with the solar panel, over the range microwave, etc. All done well and professionally. Although I don't use them much, it's better to have them and not need them, than to need them and now have to pay out of pocket full charge.

It’s great to get a protection with your electronics to protect it

Have used this service several times for my computers and have had great success in resolving my issues that I have had with them. Using the remote service was great as I did not have to take my lab top in and wait for days before getting it back as the problem was able to be resolved remotely. Service is well worth the cost if you only use it a couple times.

I have always purchased Geek Squad protection on devices through all the years. The few times that I have had to use it was perfect.

I purchase warranty for almost everything I buy I think I only used it a few times before. During this pandemic it seems like everything started breaking down. A set of gaming headphones, sound bar and a tv luckily everything was under Geek Squad. When I took these items to them I had no problem getting replacements all the products. That means for me I still will be purchasing from Geek Squad 5 stars.

I don't recall buying this protection in August 2020. But I have bought the Geek Squad protection several times before and am very very happy I did. Service is always professional and helpful, although the line and wait was long one time. It is a risk/reward calculation - is the coverage likely to be needed. Like other insurance, you never know - but when needed, it is worth the cost.

This comes in handy when your trusty electronics decide to break down.
