    This is a great television set and I would recommend it to anyone seeks the maximum in image quality. Samsung's nano-crystal technology allows for vibrant colors and great brightness. The TV itself has wonderful software features such as SmartHub which allows for apps including Netflix, Hulu, etc. For the gamers, this TV offers an amazing refresh rate meaning that you will be able to have an immersive gaming experience without experiencing any issues, especially with those more fast paced games.

    GS saved my LIFE

    GS agents were patient, efficient, and made me feel confident they knew what I needed to get up and running with my system. My old laptop had 10+ years of family photos, professional files and my financial records. The device was dying a painful death but GS transferred all fills to new device.

    Always get the geek squad protection just in case u never know my TV went out in a year and best buy replaced it at no cost and yes they do honor the insurance on almost everything a little bit more money but its worth it.

    We bought this for our previous TV. It failed just a few months before the protection expired. I called the Geek Squad, described the issue and he told me it was not repairable and I could exchange at the store. We bought a more expensive TV and only had to pay the difference. Very smooth and easy transaction. And very much worth buying on expensive items.

    I strongly recommend purchasing the Geek Squad Protection for any major purchase you make at Best Buy! We had purchased our TV three years ago when one part of the screen went dark. We called and they sent someone to our house (we are 90 miles from the nearest store), who said it couldn't be fixed. Once their insurance reviewed it, we were given store credit towards a new TV. Pay for the Geek Squad Protection...you may never need it, but if you do, it will be money well spent!

    Owning an LG C9 oled tv and being able to have the peace of mind of not worrying about screen burn in is truly an amazing thing. I have a 1 year old daughter and not worry about her as she grows up making a mistake and something happening to the tv is awesome as well. It’s well worth the money,p. Just stop being cheap and enjoy the peace of mind a geek squad warranty comes with!

    Had ethernet problems with a TV on the 5 year plan. Geek squad couldn't solve issue on the phone. The rep made an appointment for Geek squad to come out and fix it. In the mean time I reset the TV numerous times and it started working, so I canceled the appointment. I'm giving them 5 stars because the rep on the phone was pretty helpful and set me an appointment right away.

    I needed this use the warranty for my 65” Oled that had dead pixels. A tech came out and checked. The next day I received a store credit for the price paid for the tv.

    Ever seen a line on your new TV

    Imagine red lines down the tv and you just realized it is a new 80" Enough said Best Buy will make sure that new investment works well beyond you paying it off. I always use my Best Buy credit card. If you look at my photo, you can imagine something going wrong past the manufactures alloted time. With my 5 year I know that for 5 years our family will have a working 65" that if something happens Best Buy will pick it up and bring us back a working unit for 60 months.
