Have used it in the past and very happy with the service.

Geek Squad came in and took care of me by doing a Sony Triage. They submitted a claim on my behalf and were able to get me a replacement confirmation code to have my current TV exchanged.

You should always consider purchasing Geek Squad protection on major tech purchases. They have saved me on several occasions, with a television and a computer that stopped working. I can't imagine what it would have cost me to get my tech fixed without the support of the Geek Squad protection plans. A must.

I love geek service, but i dont think I needed it for my lg g3 tv. So i canceled it

They were backed up so I had my son in law install and set TV up
