In love with the sound bar. The bass is amazing. I have it for my bedroom, bass shakes the whole room even on a low volume.

Within three months of my tv purchase, I had to use the Geek Squad service when I dropped the remote control in my coffee. Their help was immediate and I was able to get a replacement within a week. I always get this coverage whenever I make a purchase.

The reason for the 4 stars is because of all the problems trying to set up the appointment to come out and install the Tv. I purchased a 55” smart tv. The installation appointment was changed 3 times. Other than that the service was great!!

We wish that we purchase the 5-year protection with the TV purchased in June 2023.

I bought the 5 year Geek Squad protection for my previous Hisense TV that stopped working about 2 years later. It wasn't cost effective to fix it so they replaced it with another Hisense TV which I also bought another 5 year protection. I am so happy I had protection!

I'm so glad I purchased the extended warranty when I bought my 55" insignia Fire TV. I had to exchange for another one after a month and then exchange again for an upgraded brand.

The agents hooked up the TV and explained everything to us from turning it on to turning on Prime Video. These guys were very knowledgeable, smart, and especially patient with us and took their time to install the tv and were very neat and cleaned up after themselves including taking the box/trash with them. All I had to do was to sit down and enjoy my new TV.

We had Andrew from the Geek Squad come to our home to set up out new TV and sound bar. He was wonderful!! He answered all our “senior” questions and helped us feel comfortable with using the new technology. He was knowledgeable, accommodating, listened and answered our questions, and was professional. He told us we could call him if we had any additional questions which we have done. He was very patient with us. He made us feel comfortable with our new purchase. Wonderful!!!

WE discovered after unboxing the 75 inch television, that there was an internal flaw....the screen did not show! When I called, the gentleman said a replacement television would be sent out and the flawed one would be picked up....and it was within 3 days!!!

I just purchase the extended warranty, this time I had to get the 5 year since the last Tv I bought it was only for two years and of course the tv broke down just after the warranty expired. So I have not had the chance to utilize this warranty, but the price is very competitive for 5 years so i got it.
