Great picture. Liked the idea of being able to load different apps. Didn't like the fact that the memory was quickly used up after uploading a few apps. We ofteh received a message to uninstall apps to clean up the memory. Overall this is a great TV for the cost. You may need to be a little tech savvy for this one.

Since the Samsung t.v. collapsed with in the first couple of years, and my t.v. was replaced with a Sony, because of the 5 yr. warranty I bought in the beginning ~~ I bought another 5 yr. warranty for the new Sony.

I honestly never needed to use the service, so hats off to best buy for having quality items that outlast their warranty!!

It’s best to have protection on the things you buy because you never know what can happen to the things that cost a lot! I love this protection very much and it has helped me a lot aswell

I haven't had to use this yet, thankfully. Bought this coverage with a brand new LG OLED TV. Seemed like a practical buy given the price of the tv.

I add the GSP or GSPR plans to just about every item I buy that offers them. At worst it is like a cheap insurance plan for my new item that I don't wind up using because the item held up great. At best they are there should something go wrong and I don't have to pay the full cost of a repair or replacement out of pocket.

Tv was hooked up flawlessly! The delivery was smooth and convenient.

This was a gift to my husband and he loves it so much. There is so many great thing not only for him but me as well

I always get the Best Buy warranties, they are great, never had a bad experience when i had to use my warranty. Worth getting.

Once again always get it. if you can afford something from best buy then dont cheap out on protection for those products. VERY IMPORTANT

Thomas and Arthur were the Best Buy representatives that we have dealt with since February 4 other than our sales person, Kiera. They were efficient, professional, and shared their knowledge of all the products. They were patient with us explaining different phases of the TV and the remote. Thomas was Especially very helpful. Kudos to Best Buy for having both men on your team.

When i bought the C1 LG OKED tv i knew that ill need a protection plan cover for avoid any future inconvenience. So i bought it. Im not have any problem with the tv buy one never knows. Is a great option and very necessary.

Seems to be a great service but forewarning, you must pay separate for each item you want covered.

Well, i can't say this enough about Geek Squad, they are excellent! If you're on the fence about including their services, don't be! Its worth every penny. I've never had a bad experience with thembor have anything negative to say. They will always take care of you.

I always purchase the protection plan. The Geek Squad has come to my rescue a couple of times over the years. Especially having a young one at home with his electronics. No telling when a spill or fall may happen, LOL. A necessary purchase. Thank you Geek Squad
