    @BestBuy @BestBuySupport I am going through a nightmare customer service at Geek Squad Scranton 959 Viewmont Dr Dickson City, PA 18519 I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience with Best Buy's Geek Squad installation service. I purchased a Samsung 75” Class LS03D The Frame Series QLED 4K TV with Anti-Reflection and Slim Fit Wall Mount Included on August 17th, 2024. I scheduled a Geek Squad appointment for TV setup and mounting on August 23rd. During this appointment, the technicians suggested that I hide all the cables, including those from the TV and soundbar. I agreed and rescheduled for August 28th. To my dismay, the team that arrived on August 28th had no idea how to mount the Frame TV. They suggested using the old mount from my previous TV, which was completely against the purpose of purchasing the Frame TV. The team left without mounting the TV and instructed me to reschedule the installation service. I called Geek Squad and spoke with Andy, who informed me that the system was not updated and that I would need to wait 24 hours before calling back to schedule. I followed their instructions, only to be told the same thing again. After waiting an additional 24 hours and calling Geek Squad again, I was informed that the system still had not been updated and that I would need to wait another 24 hours. As a customer who has been waiting for my TV since August 17th, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. It is unacceptable that I have to repeatedly call Geek Squad and beg for them to schedule a service that they have already botched. Their lack of efficiency, knowledge, and customer service is truly appalling. I urge Best Buy to take immediate action to address this issue. I expect a resolution that includes a prompt and correct installation of my TV, as well as compensation for the inconvenience and frustration I have experienced. Just to add into the story I spoke to the manager they reach out to me through DM chat when I posted the same concern over social media.. but again told me to wait for another 24 hours telling me they "escalated" just to tell you whenever they tell you they are escalating means they are going to add 24 hours with every escalation but they will not fix your problem just give you another 24 hours. they are flying pigeons to get across internal communication to resolve any issue. run for your life when the representative tell we are escalating Sir.

    The Geek Squad did a thorough job of analyzing my TV’s odd behavior and recommended a replacement TV. I called the next day and they set up an appointment for a home visit. They were on time and very knowledgeable.

    This is definitely worth the price seeing how TVs these days are made with lights that can burn out quickly. So I have a peace of mind knowing that in the next five years I can get it fixed and not have to worry about it. Would definitely recommend getting this if you're going to buy any electronic especially TVs.

    Hope we never have to use it. Normally I don't purchase a warranty. Have never owned a T. V. like this so I figured the warranty might be a good idea

    Geek squad replaced my broke 75” 4K

    Cashed my last 5 year warranty in when 75” TV had a bad motherboard. Purchased again. It’s 20% insurance that something will happen in five years to a very complicated electronic. Becoming more and more a required cost of ownership.

    This helps to be be at peace as modern day televisions have softwares which generally gets messed up after a year. Also, generally usage of TV is very high and hence I would recommend 2 year top up to all especially my previous TV with other company not Samsung got messed up exactly after a year and I was out of warranty.

    Bought this for my printer. When my printer quit working, Geek squad assessed it and gave me a brand new one. I was back in business the same day!

    I chose to get geek squad protection for 2 years for 43.99 literally covers anything will replace brand new instead of the best buy protection because that one was only for 1 year at 199.00 for a membership yeah ok nice try

    I had a problem with my tv they sent someone out right away. The person cane with mask for his and my protection. He was very professional and very nice. He took care of the problem and left. I am glad I purchased the insurance because everything was covered.

    Money is tight. I usually don't pony up extra for some warranty the clerk's trying to sell me on top of the warranty that comes with it! But when it's the Geek Squad, I'll take it. It is SOOO much easier & nicer to be able to come down & talk to someone in person versus calling someone a 1000 mIles away that I can barely understand who gives me the run-around anyway! No thanks, I'll take the Geek Squad.
