Usually I will always add the geek squad warranty. It has paid off many times. Especially on my gaming keyboards and fitness watches.

Any time of purchase big ticket items , I always purchase a warranty it’s better to be safe than sorry. You just never know when the device you purchased made malfunction. Things are just not built the same way

Great way to have protection for a tv with kids running around

Always recommend on electronics I.e. TVs you purchase the extended warranty. I had a tv that was four years old and started to have problems. Well the part that needed replacing they didn’t make any longer. Fortunately I had the extended warranty and got a new TV.

I talked with a Geek Squad expert for about 3 minutes, and they were able to take my symptoms and ascertain that the device was hosed, that it should be returned. That is a sign of a good expert, that they will make the right decision with authority when needed.

I was very excited when the agent told me that am qualified for new TV and I will also get a refund for the difference in price.

I bought my TV in 2021, and it started to act up, and the screen started dying. I took it back to Best Buy, and they returned it with NO issues.

Five years for $30, sold! I bought this warranty for a low priced Insignia television and it just seems like a no-brainer that for $30 I am guaranteed to have a TV that works for five years. In this disposable electronics time we live in, I could not upgrade in three years for $30, so again it is a great deal.

The tv is amazing, I bought it since the introductory oleds of 2021 the A1 doe not have an HDMI 2.1 Picture is awesome and plugged into ps5 or Xbox series x it looks great! this is my second OLED and counting,! highly recommend

When you bit electronics I don’t think there is an easier process than dealing with Best Buy. So for me it’s a no brainer on a product over 1500 bucks.

We are so grateful to these young fellas installing our 60"LG tv..they were very careful and polite. They make connecting all those awful wires a breeze. They were very patient with us and walked us thru installation and operating our new screen and remotes several times til both my husband and I understood. They are well worth their cost!

I did not purchase a protection plan on day I purchased my 55 IN LG OLED TV. I had second thoughts after that. About 1 week later, I called and purchased the plan by phone. I felt at ease. The customer rep was very helpful and answered all of my questions.
