    Geek Squad Protection = Peace of mind

    Geek Squad protection means total peace of mind while using tech devices, I can focus on what I needed to do knowing that BestBuy got my back if something goes wrong with my device.I always buy protection when I shop at BestBuy.

    We were so pleased that we purchased the protection plan. During a terrible storm, lightning took our TV out. The Geek Squad came to our home, evaluated the damage, ordered the parts that were needed and fixed our TV. It's working great!

    I always buy the protection plan for major appliances it comes in handy I replaced the a 65 inch Vizio that stopped working right before the warranty ran out

    Geek Squad resolved my problem with one call

    It took a few minutes, and a couple transfers, and this was my first call to the Geek squad, but with their patience, my problem was resolved on the first call. Definitely worth the price of the fee for the maintenance. Thanks, Best Buy.

    It was nice to have this but it’s a bit costly in imo. If you have things you need help setting up in home it’s a good deal. If you have many things you want looked at and can bring them in it’s a good deal

    Usually recommend the protection plan that Best Buy offers..my last tv went wrong and Best Buy took care of it with no issues just be aware it doesn’t cover physical damage so if the screen cracks it voids the store protection plan

    Thi protection is worth every penny! We had this on our last TV and the TV started to show screen burns after only to years. The coverage allowed us to replace the faulty TV at no additional out of pocket.

    It’s a warranty! And it’s for 5 whole years! I mean, it’s pretty self explanatory, but if you get an oled tv it is important to note that this does cover the burn in effect that sometimes happens from static images.

    I all ways get the Geek Squad protection plan for all of my products! Because it never fails as soon as your factory warranty goes out something is going to break. And the Geek Squad plan has never failed to fix or replace the product!

    I love best buy and they use to be the best but know its like they find loop holes to not service you device. I had a kids tablet that i bought in a package deal around Christmas i bought 4 plus the protection. My son cracked the screen a few months into having it so i took it back to best buy and they tell me its not worth fixing to just get another one so i did and took it to them they tell me since i got it on sale they will only give me the price i paid for it. Which was maybe 60 dollars. But the tablet was now worth 150 or 160 cant remember so i paid the amount i ended up adding to get the new tablet for the protection plan i could of kept that money and when this happened just bought him a new tablet it didnt make since for me to pay for the protection on a marked down product which if they would of told me i wouldnt of because it aint good for nothing on a item thats marked down. Unless its a very expensive marked down electronic.

    I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

    It's when you think that nothing will happen with my purchase, suddenly something happens ans you wished you would have added protection. ALWAYS GET GEEK SQUAD!!
