Best warranty ever, it gives you guarantee to your product

We love this television. I was worried it would be too large for our small space but it's perfect - just moved the smaller one into our bedroom. Easy to use as well.

Currently I have not had to use the service that covers smart tv, but when I call for support they are always attentive to all my questions, and they always call me to ask how we were in the service.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

Love having a back up just in case anything goes wrong. They offered to come out free!

The agents removed my old tv and professionally installed the new tv.

This is a Blessing, price.. I hope, that I wouldn't need this services, but..I must say, this is an Fantastic Price...just in case, that I may needit..in the future.

I thankfully haven't needed to use this service yet, but the peace of mind is worth a lot more than the price.

The Geek Squad protection offered on the TV is at a really good price for a 5 year plan. I always buy the insurance just because its way cheaper than having to buy a new TV if this one fails anytime after the return policy.

I purchased the SIlver Protection program for my new LED TV. THe Geek Squad was terrific. They communicated appropriately inadvance, arrived timely, were professional and helpful. WIll definitely use for future purchases. Thanks guys!

Had Geek Squad protection on my old tv and glad I did. Tv died 18 months later. Best Buy was not able to get the part so refunded me the full purchase price

Amazing quality! Screen is paper thin, which is scary, so you have to be extra careful when you move it.

Knowing your product is protected for 5 years gives you a peace of mind. Geek Squad service is pretty reliable.

Do take anything home without it. There will be a time you will regret it with the quality of electronics these days.
