Geek squad protection is a must have for all owners of a tv!! Especially a smart tv, since geek squad can fix the problems associated with the smart fire tv I bought!

These guys are amazing. The warranty is well worth the cost. They have came out and evaluated and determined our last TV was to be replaced at full original cost.

I added this protection plan from the Geek Squad to my TV purchase. If my TV has any problems after the manufacture warrantee expires, Best Buy will fix or replace it for free if you have their additional 2 year protection warrantee .

Vizo system works well together, TV is brighter and clearer and sound is great.

I've only had to use this service once. I called the help desk and they were actually able to fix my issue over the phone. I didn't have to pack up and bring to store. Excellent!
