Upon downloading my Anti virus I was asked if there was anything else I wanted after listening to me I was given an ETA when everything will be done. True to his word my notebook was ready in fact sooner that estimated. Everything was as I requested.

Always better to be safe then sorry when it comes to protecting your electronics. Glad Best Buy offers the geek squad!
