Great protection plan for Pennie’s on the dollar.

I’ve gotten a replacement for every item I purchased the plan for! The one TV I didn’t get one for, just burned me! It was a top of the line Sony and the repair estimate was $10,000.00!!! Buy the warranty. It’s worth every penny.

Most recently, my Samsung Tv which still has the protection on it had some issues. I have never had any issues with Tvs purchased here before, but after several years, the Tv had purple areas on the viewing plane. I took it to Best Buy and it wasn't worth fixing so they gave me credit to purchase another TV. I chose the LG nano series 49" Tv, which we all love. The Geek Squad service is a real good service. They know their stuff...

Exceptional customer service

Convenient for repair / replacement of TVs

Westinghouse is a great budget-friendly choice for people who don't need the ultimate performance in a TV set. Mine haven't actually required any warranty service. But I have read reviews on here that say the TV must be shipped to the manufacturer's site(s) for in-warranty repairs. That shipping cost could be significant, and that facility is across the country from me. With the protection plan, I can let the Geek Squad repair facility conveniently handle the repair or replacement. Shipping a sizable TV across the USA one way would cost more than the price of these protection plans.

Geek squad

I called geek squad and they told me that tv was not in stock. So they upgraded me to the next best tv available. Three days later the tv was delivered and they took the old tv back with them. Service was on point.

What more could you want?

It started to die about 2 months before my extended warranty expired. Best Buy sent a technician to my home and when he found that he couldn't replace a defective part, BB refunded my original purchase price and even prorated what was left on the warranty.
