I haven't had to use the protection plan, but it's coverage is robust and puts my worries at ease.

According to what they will do, I'm psyched that if anything goes wrong with my tv, they will hook me with with fixing or replacing it. So, here's hoping I never have to use it; but, feel good knowing it's there.

We have purchased this coverage on another TV and it really paid off for us! The TV had a defect after 3 years of use and this protection coverage replaced it. Of course the model was discontinued so they gave us another TV... for the same amount we had paid 3 years earlier! We were upgraded to a state of the art TV with all the bells and whistles! It is worth investing in this coverage!! We will always purchase it for our high end purchases!

Love this tv. It was bought to replace an older model. Apps work great. Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi. The tv picture from Sony always looks great. Didn’t adjust anything out of the box. Very satisfied

I recommend anyone to purchase an extended warranty on a major purchase because you never know when it will be needed I had purchased many warranties in the past and yes they do work and less worries not to affect your pocket book because you already took care of it earlier

Even though I have the Total Tech protection for my home and all of my equipment, I still purchase the extended warranty protection for whatever life may throw at you. I have had to use it a couple of times and that more than paid the cost of obtaining it. when you spend hundreds of dollars on an item you use daily, give yourself the peace of mind of protecting it as well.

Worth it. These TVs will die. Spend 80, and get a new one.

I appreciate the addition of extended warranty a lot for electronics and other devices. Best Buy is good at taking care of issues that occur down the road, particularly if you have this extra coverage.

I haven't used Geek Squad in awhile, YAYYYY! However I have in the past and was glad I made choice to have this service. They were always able to fix my problem. They offer good customer service. A solution may take from 15mins for an over the phone tutorial or a week if a part has to be ordered. Geek Squad, is the service to have..
