Can’t go wrong with Geek Squad protection, ease of mind having coverage if something happens.

Recommend service protection. On cheaper products. Phones require a extra payment to fix product. I have $1200 phone with a cracked screen and they want $250 and phone before replacement. Leving me without phone till repair nd $13 a month charge every month. I got warranty so I wouldn't have to pay more money if it breaks. Hd screen protector put on nd qll of sudden i have cracked screen. I think he did it putting on protector. I should have watched him. Cracked in corner

The only reason I buy from bestbuy is because of the value of their warranty the techs are amazing when they come out and usually come out and fix items on their first try unless they have to order parts but if they can’t fix it they don’t play around they will get you into a new product to keep your life going!!!!!!

I don't usually buy protection plans because it's better sometimes to buy a new product most times it becomes an upgrade.However money was tight, so Geek squad came to the house, did an evaluation and gave us store credit for a new TV .

The Geek Squad professionals quickly mounted my television and peripherals. Additionally, they assisted me in set-up and provided a thorough overview of the features.

The geek squad that came out to set up my tv, was outstanding. They were both outstanding. I was very satisfied with them. They were very helpful every step of the way!

Haven’t used it yet hopefully I won’t have to it was pretty pricey too.

It's Geek Squad support. What can I really say other than they will help you. I got this as a way of extending the warranty on my new TV. Really this is a peace of mind service. Just payit once and then you're guaranteed 5 years of service on your purchase. It's just one less thing to worry about.

Service was outstanding. Got a Rep on the phone 1st thing on a Sunday morning. Was off the phone within 10 mins and had a replacement product on its way & scheduled before we hung up. Bravo Best Buy!

Perhaps the only real reason to shop at Best Buy. This plan is absolutely amazing. With how bad quality and easy to break electronics have become, I would NEVER buy an electronic without this amazing plan. It covers common manufacturer faults and accidents, what else could you wish for? Don't buy anything without this plan when shopping at Best Buy.

Best Buy has top-notch sales and service. I have not had a problem since I’ve been purchasing everything from TVs to refrigerators to microwave oven. I totally recommend Best Buy

I usually never get a protection plan, but I randomly agreed to this one. Nearly two years after purchasing a TV, it broke. It took a few weeks to go through the process of replacing the TV, but that's probably more to do with current events than it is Geek Squad support's abilities. I got a full refund and used that money to upgrade the TV. I'm fully satisfied.

Hope you don't need it but 5 years covers it. My Vizio panel went bad after 4years 10 months, 5 Year got me into my new LG without having to pay hardly anything out of pocket! Was easy to call and initiate with Best Buy, had a new TV next day.

It works great and the picture quality is great. It was easy to setup in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this television.

Always recommend coverage for what you buy, never know what might happen!
