Purchased the BB Geek Squad 5 year warranty as I purchased a new 65” LG G4 OLED.

We love the geek squad protection. This is the main reason we shop at Best Buy. We had a problem a few years ago with a tv that we had owned over a year. We took the tv back to our local Best Buy. They looked at it and refunded us the entire amount we had paid for the tv. It took about 40 minutes for the entire process, including waiting in line.

Only used the service once so far but it was simple and the Geek Squad were very helpful!

The Geek Squad 5-year Standard Geek Squad Protection is a must with all electronic purchases. I have not utilized the plan, but it's peace of mind knowing that our purchases are covered for the unexpected. There was no deductible only coverage at the fullest.

Impressed with the efficiency of the Geek Squad that installed our television. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all of our questions and gave us a review on using our new television and remote. Sadly the virus has made taking my computer to the store to get tuned up impossible, but I am sure the Geek Squad will do a great job when I am able to.

this protection plan is excellent ! from previous experience - with our defective tv which didn't function after the geek squad guys tried to repair it, we were offered replacement of the defective tv or store credit. we chose the store credit. we were able to buy a newer model of the tv (with additional cost, of course).

Warranties are always a plus in my eyes and overall good for business and that’s a 10 in my eyes

The customer service I received was favorable The geek squad replaced my TV with a newer one and delivered it right into my living room. They were friendly.

I have always used Geek Squad for all my Best Buy purchases, TV's, Laptops and Gaming Systems - I have no complaints and I've always been pleased with their level of service. I recommended Best Buy to my dtr who just purchased a washer/dryer and she asked if the Geek Squad Warranty was worth it and I said absolutely. She subscribed at the time of her purchase.

They We're very efficient in coming to check my t. V. And getting everything set up to get exchanged in a very timely manner, very grateful for their help.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I bought a 77" Sony OLED from them a year ago. My previous TV had been broken by a Toddler visiting my house so I asked the sales associate if their protection plan covered a cracked screen like a toddler throwing a balloon weight through the TV. He assured me that it would. Well... we moved and guess what, after taking all the precautions to make sure the TV did not suffer any damage, the screen cracked. Best buy now states they don't cover cracked screens on Sony OLEDs... I was conned into buying an expensive warranty for the sole purpose of accidental damage on a TV that is now useless. Beware, their sales associates don't know what they are talking about. Looking at it in the best light the sales associate sold us the wrong protection plan. In the worst light, he conned us into a membership with basic protection plan to get a bonus or some kind of kickback when what we wanted was the protection plan with accidental damage coverage.

I have not needed to use this, but the piece of mind I have makes it worth it.

This is a subscription that I plan to use if there is an issue with my purchase

I am very thankful that I had a two year warranty because I needed to use it and it enabled me to get another TV
