Only purchase this once before and got a full refund on a broken keyboard case. Had a $1200 Samsung tv go down and didn’t want to have any issues for a new LG 75 inch. I will have piece of mind for 5 years. They even cover pixel loss.

I never buy anything with out the warranty it always pays for itself later on.

I feel that the geek squad is better than any warranty. Just contact them and your issue is handled quickly.

My last tv had a problem nearly immediately after purchase. The Geek Squad replaced the hardware boards and the tv was fine for as long as I expected it to last.

Laborious process to get anything done. Takes a LONG time to have anyone come fix or check items.

Warranty came through, 100%! The Geek squad came through, huge!

It was not very expensive to add the extra warranty.

Delivery was like a white glove service. They were on time exactly what I was told. We had a cart for them to use, but they carried it to my room. It was not their first rodeo.

Great warranty service. Part to repair the TV was not available, so a store credit was provided for a TV of similar specs. Bought the warranty service again for the new TV.

I haven't used this protection, yet... I did use the same protection purchased on a similar LG TV. It was great. I'm not fond of TV shopping, and this fixed the TV in 1 home visit... the 1st time. TV works as usual now, and I don't have to spend $$s on a new one. It was worth the money.

Haven't had the need for this yet but 5 years is a long time. Seeing as how my LG CX had problems after 3 years, I'm hoping that my new LG C3 will perform better.

Rather get the most out of your purchase why not be safe than sorry

I bought this TV December 31st, 2014. Still works fine. You get what you pay for and I think I got a good deal. You have to fiddle with the settings at first but once you find a configuration you like you're set. It comes with its own presets but I don't care for them. Not mind blowing but its a good picture. I watch 1080 movies and play Xbox 360 (720) and have no complaints. 5 stars if I could access Netflix through the TV. If you're on a budget like me you're getting your monies worth and then some.

I bought the 5 year protection as a piece of mind after my last tv had issues right after the factory warranty expired.
