    I just purchased this warranty and so far I haven't had to use it (thank goodness)! In the past, I have had this warranty and this warranty does far exceeds my expectations and Best Buy stand by their warranty 100%.

    Store manager didn't know how the warranty worked and the sales team was confused, but the phone customer support team was great and made sure I didn't waste my money. Best Buy needs to hire their team back in greater numbers to cut down the wait time, especially at the Geek Squad.

    2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection

    This is a smart purchase for the future. A previous purchased TV with the Geek Protection saved us big dollars. The TV was less than one year old and a system issue happened. The Geek Protection paid the original purchase price of the TV. YAY!

    Great service. Had previously purchased on my 3 year old tv which Geek Squad could not repair. Offered a new tv to replace the old tv at no extra cost. Needless to say as the previous 5 year warranty was on the old tv, I purchased a new 5 year warranty on my new tv.

    Many of my friends tell me it’s a waste of money to buy the extended warranty. I disagree. I had had issues at the 4 year mark and they replaced the item then all I had to do is buy another 5 year warranty. The piece of mind makes it worth it for me. Best Buy has a great geek squad

    Got this for my 1st expensive TV. Haven’t had to use it but have used this warranty before for different products. Best Buy does a wonderful job and are quick to respond

    Its always a pain to return a tv through geek squad. From the initial call which you almost always have to wait 20 minutes . They always seem to have a real problem finding my service plan. I have multiple accounts and have bought many many tvs from them but they should be able to figure it out. I own sportsbars in FL and I only buy from Best Buy but they really needto figure this out because when i have a tv go down i want it back up and running as quick as possible but its always a hassle. At each of my clubs i have a back up ready to replace tvs that go down so my actual business is never really effected but we always regret having to call geek squad because we know its gonna be such a hassle and its gonna be a lot of time sitting on phone having to wait for a service guy to come out and tell us what we already know then take it to a store and replace. It would be nice if they brought a replacement tv with them when they come out. But instead u have to get a service order made then you got to call geek squad again and wait on line for 20 minutes. Then usually another 10 or 20 minutes to find the info from the multiple accounts. I have never had anyone help me combine all accounts into 1 account. It seems like that would make the most sense but instead i have to go through the same process every time. Its exausting. I love Best Buy but service plans are always a pain for me.

    Love the extended warranty with Geek Squad my 4.5 year old TV just went out and they gave me credit for what I paid for the TV and I was able to purchase a better one for less

    Still loving my OLED

    I've been running the LG - 65" Class CX Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV for about a year and a half now and I'm still impressed. It just looks amazing. Not since I bought a plasma TV have I been this impressed.

    Must Have for Big Expensive, and Heavy Items

    The service and follow up are very good. This is a much better alternative to square trade. The 2 year plan is essentially worth one extra year after the factory warranty expires. But no extensive calls with the manufacturer that will leave you exhausted and angry. The Geek Squad experience I had with my TV was a piece of cake.
