The guys were great! They took one look at my television and knew that they had to call it in. Within an hour, I was notified that my television had to be replaced. Having the protection plan was the best thing I could have purchased, along with the television.

Amazing warranty replacement plan. However if you could speak to someone who spoke English that would be great. These people overseas kept screwing up things until I got to speak to someone state side that took care and fixed everything

Well you cant go wrong with geek squad service planned. I have it and when I need hepl it great to have a peace of mind that the greek squad protect plain will be a big peace of mind that your devices will be fix or replace. And the people that take care of you have your back!!!!

Geek Squad add on when buying a system a must. My LG TV quit after a year. Geek Squad replaced the TV and did the reinstallation. Worth the cost

They do keep trying and trying and trying and trying, even if they never get it right so the guarantee is good if they had staff that knew how to do the work

I normally don’t buy an extended warranty but due that the tv is a fair condition item and open box I decided to secure the investment.

I was looking to get a protection plan and didnt know who to go with but after searching discovered 5 year is the most coverage out there, so yeah I think so.

Nothing bad to say at this time. The price was good.....$79.99 for five years coverage ( no accidental coverage ). Everything else is covered and they'll come to your house to fix it.

Massive 75-inch Toshiba FIRE TV at a Bargain Price. Took me three days to take apart the old TV, build up the new TV and get it all installed and working. FANTASTIC pictures! I have a pricey 65" LG tv I bought in 2020 with a defective screen. So I called our warranty/Geek Squad not even a week ago to set up an appointment for them come look at our tv and was given their soonest day on Nov 2nd 2023 to see if it was fixable or if would cost more trying to fix it. Brian from Geek Squad reached out to me today and opted for us to have him come today or just wait for our original appt on November 2. I was happy to oblige him today. Brian showed up exactly on the time he gave me today and had the problem solved quickly and communicated everything to me very well. Economically it was too costly to fix so he gave me the number to the Geek Squad warranty dept to call for the full credit I paid for the tv I bought in 2020 and his work order number and said they'd handle it from there. Brian was a SUPER NICE GUY! I then called the Geek Squad/warranty division after he left and the man I spoke to via the number Brian gave me was just as pleasant, funny, and very helpful. I was given the options to order a new tv over the phone with full credit or ask for a full store credit and go to Best Buy myself and pick out a new tv there. I decided to upgrade and I ordered a new tv through my phone call with him plus another 5 year warranty. He supplied me with the same discounts that I got in 2020. So now I have a new bigger LG Tv arriving on November 2nd which was actually the date they were supposed come look at my tv to diagnose it. And I only had to come out of pocket of $42 for everything. I DREAD calling people because they are usually rushful, leave me on hold forever, and very pushy for people to buy something much more expensive and won't take no for an answer so I have to get rude after they asked me for the 50th time and tell them to shut it. None of that happened. I was pleasantly surprised.

I always get the geek squad insurance! Just in case you never know what happens always a must when buying electronics!

I got my Vizio TV four $100 because of my rewards I got such a good deal on the TV that I was able to buy a Vizio sound bar I have a 55 inch Vizio TV in my living room and it’s so nice I thought I would get one for my bedroom. Thank you Best Buy I appreciate all you do for the community.
