Bought in the store with the TV.... clerk very helpful in explaining the great value this plan really is

We haven't used this service yet, we'd like to have them set up our Direct TV to come through our TV remote, but don't want to spend $99 to have them come out. I feel like we really didn't really need this service.

It worth it for the piece of mind. Luckily I haven’t had to use the warranty yet, but it’s a must-buy for expensive items.

Best protection at a fraction of the price. I wouldn't buy without this protection.

Reasonable price for a long warranty. It's only $10 more to go from the 2-year warranty to a 5-year warranty.

The warranty company is pretty good i used them on many Electronics i have

I bought a TV that started flickering and having major screen issues right after the manufacturer’s warranty expired (of course). I took it back to the store and hey we’re able to send it out because I bought the extra coverage. It took a couple of weeks to diagnose but they contacted me today to tell me that they’re refunding me (in the form of a gift card) what I paid for the TV to put towards any purchase from Best Buy. This is why I buy extended/ enhanced warranties on most electronics. Most of these companies that administer these warranties are very reputable and honor claims that fall within the parameters of the coverage. Most people have unreasonable expectations and suffer from a sense of entitlement the size of a house and therefore claim that these types of coverage are “scams” or “Rip offs” because they fail to take a moment to actually find out what is covered and how the claims procedures work. Frank Zappa once said “Stupidity has a certain charm. Ignorance does not.” Nowhere is that more true than the world of the entitled consumer. Buy the warranty or don’t complain because almost all electronics these days are designed to fail.

Overall a great deal for 2 yrs protection, especially with young children in the household!!

Nice product and relief of having Geek Squad protection plan for my future.

Geek Squad.delivered my Toshiba TV 55 inch right on the day set. and brought into my house carefully.

The price was quite reasonable for this. Being a Samsung TV, life expectancy and lack of trouble is to be expected. My Mom had one for 20 years with no trouble. I probably won't need the service, but if I do, I know Best Buy will take care of the issue for the next 5 years. I feel safe with this, but hope to never need it.

Getting a warranty is a must in this brand. This is the 3rd tv delivered within 5 years.

Support has been good so far. I hope the protection plan is worth th purchase if needed.
