I hope to never need this service, but if I do, it is nice to know that I don't have to haul the TV in for service, it will be repaired in my own home!

Our tv's soind went on the fritz roght before my parents came in town. Nick helped us out over the phone to find a similar tv, but we couldnt confirm the availability of it in-store. I went in-person, scheduled a pickup delivery of the defective tv and picked up the replacement tv while I was there. Jason and Jennifer were awesome helping me out. Kim also called me to see how things went so far with the whole process. The return pickup was quick, but the credit took the longest...if you can help it, wait to have the Delivery team pickup the defective tv and replace your tv so you dont have to wait for any credit/refund. Based on your circumstances, you may not be able to go this route, but be prepared to wait a bit. Whenever I called the Support line to get an update, I was surprised that the information was slightly different each time.

Worth the purchase. Has been excellent since day 1

I had some issues with my television, due to an update on when updating the software. Finally, after some time the manufacturer sent out a tech to remove some hardware on my tv and replace it. My warranty did not start till within a year from the purchased date. And that is ok, my television is still on and taken care of either way... It just took a couple of days like 30-45 days due to scheduling and procedures with the manufacturer. However, it saved me a couple hundred dollars...

We have had 2 use this feature 1 time on a vacuum and i have to say, the simplicity of replacement is worth the price. Our 1,5 year old Dyson gave up the ghost and we had to tap our 2 year coverage we added. All i had to do is drive down to the store and pick up a brand new Dyson. Done. Can't ask for more.

Good picture but a little glare. Difficult to manage wires into weatherproof compartment on the back of TV

So worth it. This was on my parents old TV I bought them. TV was about 4 year old and started getting dark spots. Geek squad had me send pictures and approved replacement. They came out and delivered the new TV and removed the old. Would always suggest either the individual plan or the plan that covers all purchases, both are a good value

As always, easy, fast and reliable. Best investment, you never know what could go wrong with your electronics, and this makes so that you never have to worry.

We were disappointed with our TV purchase as it gave us problems from day 1 however after speaking with Geek Squad, they sent a technician to diagnose the problem and scheduled a, immediate replacement which we are now enjoying. They were very easy to deal with and the 2 gentlemen who delivered our TV were very professional and their communication with us regarding arrival time was excellent as we were able to ensure we were there to receive the delivery. all in all, they were fantastic to deal with from the 1st call,

I love my tv with all my Roku apps already on there.

I absolutely love this tv. The quality on it is out of this world, It’s super bright and supports Dolby Vision and Atmos. It has all kinds of features and it looks modern with the slim bezels. The QLED brings out a perfect picture and the only complaint I would have is the “ghosting” when watching fast motion content.

It is nice to know my son's tv is protected. Never know what may happen

The television protection plan for the Geek Squad is nice for the price that we purchased it for. If anything happens to the television we are able to get quick results because we purchased the plan for any issues that may occur. With an item that size I think it a great idea to purchase a protection plan.

I've purchased all of my electronics, appliances, and cameras from Best Buy. I do not purchase anythings within getting Geek Squad protection because it's the absolute BEST!!! I actually use the Geek Squad protection on this TV. This TV was my replacement. Filing a claim and delivery was quick and easy! 10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

I recently started having a screen issue with a TV I purchased from Best Buy; I had also purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan. My TV was still within the extended Geek Squad warranty period. Honestly, I expected a major hassle trying to get my TV repaired/replaced. However, within a couple days Geek Squad determined my TV could not be repaired, offered almost the entire original purchase price, and applied it to a new TV of my choosing. The process was seamless and efficient, and I could not be happier! Needless to say, I once again purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan for my new TV.

Geek squad was very fast when i had to get new tv because my went bad very nice on phone and because they couldnt get the tv i had they got me a bigger on and just as nice probley better and i wanted bigger from the start but couldnt find what i wanted but when mine didnt work any more a d i calles them and after they checked everything i got the help i needed and they found what i wanted and were right on top of it zi will never buy from any were else after that any were else and it would be a problem but not best buy tbey are great and i stick by them and now i have all my friends and family doing the same thank u beat buy i will never by a tv from any one but u
