Added the Insurance for $99 , Hopefully I Never Have to Use It !

Well worth it for certain item levels. Very useful option for peace of mind. Since Samsung doesn't think much of their products and provide a minimal warranty I got this to be safe. My last tv has lasted well but the next one failed in less than 2 yrs. I Showed them the issues and they instantly gave me full credit of purchase price. Too bad they don't consider a sale price when giving credit. I had to pay out a little over $100 to get an exact replacement with the current model since there were no sales at the time.

I bought a washing machine 4 years ago. I had a 5 year warranty.That came out and repaired it.No questions asked replace the computer bored thank you

The agents here are some of the most helpful computer folks I know. I do wish there was away to better communicating with these guys before I come to the store. If only for a brief 15-20 minutes conversation to see if problem can be resolved before bringing in and leaving with them. I have to have my computer to work and this would be of great help. Perhaps expand hours or have a virtual meetings scheduled all throughout the night. Your workers could choose for overtime or not answer and let some other person within the company say a 1000 miles away that would like the overtime. Make it easier and just ask for volunteers across the country and allow them to work out of there house for the calls that come in after hours. If that fails then I can ask my boss if I can leave it but that’s usually not the case.

This for us is a no brainer. If your making a big investment the piece of mind geek squad gives you is nice. I bought this exact same tv a couple of years ago with no protection true story and after a couple of months the screen broke. That tv is at the town dump. Anything can happen and no it wasn’t the kids. Life happens. Even after the year a line can come down one side then the other and your out of luck. Then you’ll be wishing you got that protection. So take my inexperience as a reviewer and just get that much needed protection. Hope I helped.

Great tv appreciate Best Buy for amazing deal and service with awesome support

So glad I bought this insurance as the next day I needed to call as the TV was having issues. They immediately replaced it without any problem arising, quick and efficient.

Its great to know that I am covered even further than the manufactured warranty.

So we got this after debating several monitor choices for our new PC, and I'm so glad I decided to grab this. It's great for gaming, okay for office work, incredible for watching shows and movies. It's only 42 inches, which is small for me for movies, but the quality is out of this world. I usually go for soundbars/speakers right away but I found the built in speakers to be manageable for now. Love it!

Love the Geek Squad. I have never been disappointed with anyone they have sent to the house. They are very knowledgeable and courteous.

My husband is a big believer in having technicians that can come to the house in the case of any issues. No way we can transport a TV this size to Best Buy for service.

Get this when you buy! We've had our tv for awhile now, remote stopped working (the dog maaaay have chewed on it) and boom, they're giving us a free remote. Also, since our tv is over a certain size, if anything goes wrong with it, they'll come to our house to fix!

Always get a warranty on all your purchases. I love the Geek Squad. They are always available to assist when the problem goes wrong with your electronics.
