    5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection If you do not buy the 5-year standard Geek Squad protection plan for any TV that you would buy then you might as well not purchase a TV because you are just working against yourself in the long run when you could upgrade to a better TV and just pay the difference especially if your TV does not work properly or geek-squad cannot fix it. Best Buy's replacement plan is by far the best warranty ever provided by any electronics store and cannot be compared because they have helped me for the past 10 years because the devices that I would buy in truth always turned out to be those odd devices that they either don't have on the Shelf anymore or I have too many times where they came and fixed it but something always went wrong with it within five years so get that protection plan and Best Buy will take care of you they have taking care of me they will for you

    I have spent a lots of money over the years. Being a customer for over 30 years plus. And i haven't had to many return merchandise. And i am going to give Best Buy 10.

    I think this is a great deal. They helped me with fixing my laptop and answering questions I had concerning maintenance. Worth the price.

    I called the Geek Squad about a 5yr warrenty I purched when buying a new TV. Although I got transfered to several different people everyone was helpful and curtious leading to me getting the issue resolved. I recieved approvial for a new TV no cost to me. The BB team really went the EXTRA mile.

    Our salesman was very helpful ! I knew what I wanted he pointed out a lot of the features on 75 inch TV. Was in and out of the store in record time .

    Best Buy replaced My Television's Motherboard.

    For any expensive device that you purchase, it is worth the cost of extended protection when something goes wrong because without that added protection it can cost you as much as you paid for the device and more to get it repaired. For me, it was a 55-inch television. I am sorry, but I can't afford to pay that kind of money just to repair whatever has gone wrong, and if they can't repair the problem, they will replace the television, but only if you have the Best Buy extended warranty.

    As I said in previous reviews, I am lucky enough to have not needed to use this coverage yet, but I am happy to have it there should I need to utilize it in the future. Geek squad is very knowledgeable and competent in knowing how to fix the problem. Should you need to use them for any issues that arise, I highly recommend getting the extra coverage whether you're purchasing a product for yourself or under your Best Buy business account. I have geek squad coverage for my home products and business.

    We've replaced 2 TV's with the warranties through geek squad, both times they've made the process an absolute breeze! If your on the fence about getting the warranty, get it! It pays for itself and takes the stress out of any repair!

    Geek Squad. Ive worked with these people since they opened in North Mpls . When they came on the scene they had a fleet of black and white VW Bugs with their logo on the side . Everyone from the thugs on the street to the Excutives on the top Love these Nerds . Always polite and courteous and for the older crowd trying to learn very very patient . I will work with these people until the end of time.

    My LED panel went completely blank causing a black screen just 15 month's after purchase (3 month's after manufacturers warranty) Luckily I paid for the Geek Squad Protection Plan and I've NEVER EVER EVERRRR experienced such kind, knowledgeable, positive and prompt resolution. Being I called in on a Saturday afternoon I assumed I'd have to wait for any resolution until the upcoming week. My BRAND NEW TV will be here today. The following Tuesday of my initial Saturday call.

    I ordered TV online told my wife to pick it up at Tacoma, Wa best buy order number: BBY01-806230967350 I told her that it was an open box that was the description given prior to purchase. Our thoughts was its in the "openbox" and it'll be ok transporting in our rav4 laying down but we were wrong. While my wife was picking up the TV the employee's were laughing at her because it couldn't fit in our car. The manager noticed and offered to get the TV delivered with installation. When the TV got delivered I was present at this moment this geek squad guy said that my wall stud were more apart than usual which was weird to me. While they were unwrapping the geek squad guy told me not to take off the tape around the edge of the TV until I get it installed on the wall. The TV didn't get installed because of what he stated, he told me also that I should purchase a different mount for my TV because the one I got was too small for my stud. Few weeks came by (I was out of country for work trying to helped this pandemic issues) and I decided to measure this wall stud and this geek squad guy is probably wrong about the stud being too far apart and yes he was wrong. While taking the TV edge tape I realize there was a crack with hole on the side of the TV (see pictures). Do y'all realize now that I've played like a fool?
