I've purchased all of my electronics, appliances, and cameras from Best Buy. I do not purchase anythings within getting Geek Squad protection because it's the absolute BEST!!! I actually use the Geek Squad protection on this TV. This TV was my replacement. Filing a claim and delivery was quick and easy! 10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

I purchased this 5yr extended warranty because my last tv crapped out after 3 1/2 yrs. I also had the extended warranty on that tv. Geek Squad was unable to repair the tv so they replaced it with a brand new comparable model. They made everything simple, installed the new tv and removed the old one. I would highly recommend purchasing the extended warranty for any high end model tv. One year standard warranty isnt enough.

We chose the previous TV carefully for the desired features and were sad when a storm resulted in the TV not turning on. As the TCL warranty did not cover the weather-related symptoms, I turned to the Geek Squad for help. We had purchased the Geek Squad coverage with the TV and I’m so thankful we did!!! They diagnosed that not only the power supply was damaged, but the main board was non-functional. As parts were not available, they replaced the TV. I quickly purchased the Geek Squad coverage for the replacement TV, as well, for an extremely reasonable price. One Squad member came to our home to diagnose, and another delivered the new TV. We are so pleased!!!

Colors are great definitely as good as lg or Samsung tvs if not better!

We have had 2 use this feature 1 time on a vacuum and i have to say, the simplicity of replacement is worth the price. Our 1,5 year old Dyson gave up the ghost and we had to tap our 2 year coverage we added. All i had to do is drive down to the store and pick up a brand new Dyson. Done. Can't ask for more.

Great TV for streaming and video games. Soun quality is great. Would Def recommend.

Getting a hold of someone to help is a chore. Within a month of buying our new TV set it started acting up. When you call for assistance you’re calling out if the country. I don’t care about that , it’s just that when you can’t understand the person you’re taking to and your request to be transferred to The USA and get ignored, that’s frustrating . I believe the person on the other end is trying to help but then refusing my request is disrespectful . I went to the Best Buy near me and they would not take a service request, they said I had to call it in.

This set show a great picture. The audio quality straight out the set is good. Most HDTV you need a soundbar but not with this set. The only drawback is the system it runs on. Just another account I must keep up with.

Havent had a chance to get to experience they business but i am absolutely sure they rock

I absolutely love this tv. The quality on it is out of this world, It’s super bright and supports Dolby Vision and Atmos. It has all kinds of features and it looks modern with the slim bezels. The QLED brings out a perfect picture and the only complaint I would have is the “ghosting” when watching fast motion content.

I bought a 5 year warranty & glad I did. My tv lost its picture & I took it in & they sent if off. The one bad thing is the Greek Squad doesnt have tv repair in the story. They used to have it inside the store. I took it in at 4:00pm & didnt know you had to make an appt. The salesman sd i had to make an appt. So I took the earliest one 7:30pm. So i asked when would it be ready? He said about 3 weeks. I said you could travel to the moon & back in that time. So I took my tv & brought it back at 7:30pm. The made took all of 5 mins filling out the paperwork. So I ask him when will it be back & he said in about 3 to 8 weeks. I said oh my gosh that is to Mars & back! But I got an email in about 5 days that they couldnt repair so I got My Full Purchase price back! So I bought another one like it.

The 32 Pioneer TV works great and has plenty of colors to see blended as one watches TV or a DVD player hooked simply into side of TV with cable.
