After purchasing a high end 4K HDTV, the Geek Squad Protection Plan is confidence that help is close by if ever needed. The price of the plan is also less than most others. In the past, the Geek Squad Protection from Best Buy was quick, friendly and satisfactory. This makes everything about buying the new TV worry-free.

No issues with their service. So far I have had no issues.

This plan is exceptional. I was able to have my Hisense 70AG6 replaced due to the cost to repair would not have been worth it. Definitely worth the extra money spent to protect your investment.

I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad Protection but cancelled the service because I returned the television that I bought it for.

Haven't had to use the Geek Squad Service on an item in a while but when I have I've been pleased with the customer service.

Alway purchase the protection plan. We have always purchased the protection plan for any and all appliances that we buy from this store. Have always received prompt and quick repairs or replacement.

TV was delivered and placed exactly where I wanted it. Answered all my questions. Very quick and effecient.

5 year Geek squad protection is an important addtion to have when you buy a new TV. They will come to your house to fix it and if it can't be fixed they will replace the TV with a TV with dollar amount up to what you paid for the TV.

I mean all I did was get protection. If anything happens to my TV then I'll be able to get it fixed, so it definitely lowers my anxiety around that.

This insurance is extremely important. After replacing another TV brand twice, I was able to replace my TV at no cost with a more reliable brand and of course, purchased insurance again as a precaution.

I love being protected for 5 years! Big purchases that may be expensive to repair or replace through no fault of mine is covered so I’m happy!

I would recommend this to anyone taking a chance on a television.

BUY THE PROTECTION. Every single time I have purchased it, it has saved me. Multiple TVs have gone out and my Dyson vacuum.. they literally refund you your entire purchase amount to a gift card to buy a new one. If they’re able to fix it, they’ll come to you and fix it. SO BEYOND WORTH IT.

LOVE my new tv. Great price, awesome and easy to use remote. It literally has everything in a smart tv that you would want. I like that even my non-techy grandma is able to easily navigate the tv/apps/and remotes. Also has voice search feature which is very convenient. It was super easy 1 step, push of a button to get my cable tv remote paired with the new tv. I loved that part because usually they have codes you have to fuss with and it takes too long or you don't have the code etc. I definitely recommend this TV!

Not much to say since just got it and nothing gone wrong yet, hope you don't need it but feel relief that do. Just reviewing for the gift card entry.
