I don't know why I bought protection. I don't remember buying it. I hope it was free, because it's dumb that I have this otherwise.

This tv is massive and the picture quality is Devine. This tv is perfect! It barely fit in my car! But it’s perfect!

Never remembered that I had this but didn’t need it

The price was very cheap for the coverage. It was around $20 for two years.

I always purchase this protection as the comfort of knowing that my item will be replaced if it breaks is reassuring. I have had to use the warrantee many times and Best Buy has replaced my item for free whenever they could not fix it

Well worth the initial cost. It has saved me on 2 large screen TVs. Keep in mind that it expires when you use it on a defective item whether it's used after 1 month or 5 years.

The protection offered thru geek squad is by far the best electronics protection out there

I have many times bought Service Protection. Used it once on a Printer and was provided with compension toward an upgraded printer with no problem. Took this service protection out on our new Samsung 55" 8000 Series. Hope to never have to use it, but feel comfort knowing we are covered for five years.

I haven't needed the Geek Squad yet but it's nice to know they are there if I need them.

Got a 2 year warranty on my sons tv. He had a seizure and he fell on the tv which caused it to crack n they hindered the warranty even tho it was accidental.

Insurance and stress free worries of you purchased product. Protection of your investment.

This is something I hope I never have to use I just wish they offered to give you so credit if you never use it

Not only do we all want warranty on our stuff but who better to take care of my electronics then Geek squad. I’ve never had an issue that they couldn’t solved and if it got to the point where it could not be solved it was replaced no questions asked
