I don't usually purchase the extra warranty but I did on my last purchase of my large tv because they will come out and you don't have to take it in. My tv lasted 11 mos and had to be replaced. They were great about it.

The service technician was very knowledgeable and help me with the issue with my TV and directed me on what I needed to do.

The geek squad warranty has been enhanced and now is better than ever with replacement terms. Only warranty on the market that protects against burn in. Must have for OLED tv

The picture quality is great! The TV is big and looks great above the fireplace!

Worthy purchase to go with my TV. Even good quality TVs do not last as long as they did twenty years ago and protecting your purchase is more important than ever.

Ive had alsorts of televisions but this sony televisions graphics are so awesome and the colors are very vibrant

To protect a television I. Ought I bought the extended warranty offered by Best Buy. I typically purchase this warranty to peace of mind and I can't recall a time I had to use but it's good to know it's there in case I do

These guys are amazing. The warranty is well worth the cost. They have came out and evaluated and determined our last TV was to be replaced at full original cost.

Warrantiy may be useless, but I tend to value them on electronics for piece of mind. i hate the amount of lemon products flooding the market and feel I will get my value best by purchasing a warranty on this item.

Geek squad protection is certainly more customer friendly, and responsive to any problems. Their call center is extremely knowledge and friendly. Much more efficient than dealing with the manufacturer. Well worth the cost!
