I was disappointed with the service that I paid for on my washer and dryer. I called several times letting them know that the steam kit hadn't been placed on my dryer. Instead of just sending out a tech, I had to argue for days to get refunded. Mind you I had a zero balance and purchased several large items with extra warranties, I'll never make that mistake again. They don't want to honor the extra warranties.

Have used Geek Squad before and been very pleased. They did the install for my new 75' TV and were great, yet again.

I have not used the Geek Squad protection yet. May need it when we hook up to satellite and use our TV for more than DVD's. I had Geek Squad Protection years ago for my computer, and was pleased with their help.

Having the 2yr protection plan has came in handy a few times. If I didn't have it I would have been stuck buying a new TV. I recommend it to everyone buying a new TV. It's a life saver!!

Good purchase, good quality display and bqigger than my expectation

I love that you can either take your product in or they will come out. It’s so convenient to be able to see and speak to an actually person rather than sending your product off somewhere.

I have not yet had to use the warranty, but with how fragil technology is, a warranty is the smart thing to do. 5 years, 70.00, if it makes you feel better that’s less than 4 cents a day.
