Good value, the protection plans are great for certain products

Just love them i call them and answer my questions not only that they sent someone out to check it out

Originally was not going to purchase but decided to go ahead because TVs are now computers and having had to replace a bad piece of hardware unexpectedly on my PC was expensive. I liked the coverage, cost and peace of mind offered. I can't give 5 stars till I actually use which I hope won't be needed.

Would recommend with any purchase. Has saved up from so much money.

I buy these a lot. When I need help, I go into Best Buy and the Geek Squad agents are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you're not 100% savvy and could use a little help!

I slways buy the extended protection warranty on my electronics and appliances because these days who knows if the manafacturers quality control Or products production is any good . Always good to Have.

Learned a long time ago to invest in warranties from Best Buy when paying over a certain amount for electronic items. Has come in handy so often.

I've never had issue with any protection on anything I purchased with Best buy.

The agents mounted my television and connected all my devices. Additionally, they very patiently and professionally showed me how to access my various devices.

ESSENTIAL FOR A LARGE PURCHASE. IF SOMETHING MALFUNCTIONS, CALL THE GEEK SQUAD, THEY COME OUT AND FIX THE PROBLEM OR GIVE YOU A NEW ONE. CAN'T BEAT THAT!!!

I’m protected for 5 years for my LG television. A good bargain!

Thankfully we haven’t had to use this yet. I do feel so much better knowing that if something goes wrong with our purchase- we will get the help we need.
