I paid for a 2year warranty. When tv went out and i called, i was told they didnt sell the tv in that size(58") any longer so i would have to pay $80 difference for a bigger one,plus $63 for a new warranty or they would refund me for what i payed for tv a year ago. Im confused. What was the need for a warranty if they werent going to honor it? Customer service is nasty and very unprofessional.

Piece of mind for my investment. If anything we're to go wrong they'll fix or replace (hope to not have to use)

In my instance, it was a lifesaver because I had a problem with my tv. The geek squad came immediately & exchanged it. I was wonderfully pleased. Initially i was hesitant because i nave 3 other Samsungs & never had a problem. It was the best decision.

The colors are vibrant and the picture is crisp and clear. And no.matter where I sit theres no distortion in picture quality or color. This set delivers tge deepest blacks I have ever seen. The price was great on this set and the installation was professional, quick and easy.

The protection plan makes me feel safe that the tv will be working in top condition for at least 5 years.

I started using geek squad after having one experience where we put a warranty on a TV and few months before it expired The backlight went out and we called and geek squad was excellent since then I have put geek squad on every TV that comes into my house with four children we have since used it multiple times and never have had an issue. Definitely recommend to people who are on a budget who can't afford to replace electronics when having issues. Geek squad makes this a non-issue.

I think that the person I was speaking with on the phone was very hard to understand so I called back again and I reached someone that spoke more clearly.They did take care of my problem so I would rate it's a four out of fiveonly because it was hard to understand the person and it took too much time to talk to someone because they tried to get you to talk to the computer untill you tell the computer many times (You need to speak to someone). So everything else is great except for those two issues.

If you have the means to pay for geek squad do it !! They are always nice and if u have questions they always answer them.

Many people tell me these warranties aren't worth it. My Hisense TV started to fail 4 years into ownership. Called BB protection and since they no longer sell that model had me pick out a new one at the same price (Found one that was pricier but on sale) and they delivered the new TV and took the old away the next day. Great service.
