Great service........... Nice easy to have ........

Geek squad is great especially for people who need.

So we got this after debating several monitor choices for our new PC, and I'm so glad I decided to grab this. It's great for gaming, okay for office work, incredible for watching shows and movies. It's only 42 inches, which is small for me for movies, but the quality is out of this world. I usually go for soundbars/speakers right away but I found the built in speakers to be manageable for now. Love it!

There pretty easy to get in contact with and they don’t make it difficult with their appointments like some other companies

I bought the 5 year protection as my last Insignia stopped working in the 4th year, which was disappointing. If this happens the same way with the new TV within 5 years, I would expect BEST BUY to replace it . Ideally it would continue to work longer, but if it doesn’t, I will not be left holding the bag with nothing.

Always gotta be sure to get yourself some protection

So glad I paid for this. Our TV stopped turning on after about a year and half of use. Since I got this service they are coming to make sure that it can’t be fixed and if it can’t it’s getting replaced for free! Can’t beat that!

I always but a warranty for the purchases that require one..

I have always purchased the Geek Squad protection plans for large purchases. Thankfully I have only had to use it a couple of time, sure glad that I had it. Some people don't care to or say not purchase. I personally always feel better when I do.

The extended warranty gives me peace of mind. Hopefully I won’t have to use it.

For all my tvs over 40 inches, I always invest in a warranty. So far the warranty has been a life saver. I love the fact that Geek squad will repair tv 40 inches and over in home. They will 1st troubleshoot with you. If problem still persist. They will order parts to your home. They will come and work on tv at home. If they can't fix tv, they will offer you another tv. If tv is not available, they will upgrade you to next available one.

I love my TV and this be my second one and I going to get a larger for my family room

The agents set up my television and they set up a sound bar that I had had before and they connected remotes for not only the TV I bought but for an older TV as well as checked my Orbi mesh system Wi-Fi to make sure it was working correctly with the extenders they went out of their way to help me and they followed the Covid safety protocols they were very knowledgeable and assisted me when I needed a cable and I did not have one they were very very nice as well and extremely helpful. And I worked in customer service for most of my life so I feel that I’m qualified to read these people and I feel that they were absolutely the best part of your geek squad

Hopefully I would not have to need them for anything with my TV but I wouldn't recommend this product yes
