I recently purchased this product, and it has exceeded all my expectations! The quality is outstanding, and every feature works as advertised. A lot of thought and effort went into its design and functionality.

They helped me replace a damaged tv and were very easy and efficient to work with.

Their is no other store with the backup to an accient or issue like best buy. They are the best at protection

Ok so shortly after I set up my new Sony 65” 4K tv I found that I couldn’t hook it up to my receiver because being an older model it had no HDMI connections. Before setting out to buy a new one I decided to call in the geek squad to see if there were other options. It just so happens that I did have an optical connection for a cable and he had one with him too. It enabled me to utilize my sound system but only to about 80% of its capacity because the HDMI cable Carrie’s so much more capabilities with sound. So I’m using it like this for now until I can get a new receiver. Trouble was I had to pay for the cable because it wasn’t covered.

I never purchased a Geek Squad protection plan before but boy am I glad that I purchased it on my big screen TV in August 2021. I needed to use the protection plan yesterday and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful the representative was. He walked me through the entire process and told me that it was actually cheaper to send me a replacement TV. I highly recommend their protection plan and will buy it on any other large items.

Super handy if you are spending big dollars on an item and want it protected.

I purchased geek squad protection, had issues with 98" TV I just purchased, they came out, however I could not reproduce the issues I was having, so nothing was fixed at the time. I originally had issues trying to get geek squad to come out, customer service was saying I was not covered, however, they did come to my residence after contacting them a second time.

I got the Geek Squad coverage on a brand new LG C4 oled. It's my 1st oled which is an incredible tv. But wanted the peace of mind with coverage on this TV just in case

Great to have this just in case something goes wrong. I bout it and the one time I used it my tv died got money back. I forgot about the warranty I had but got an email to renew or it will expire!! That’s how I got $$ back! Just for that reason alone I bought another warranty!

Lg Oled cx 10 mother board died after 13 months called bestbuy because i had a 2 year warranty i bought no problems guy came out seen what the problem was came back a week later had to order the part And it was fixed that easy i just purchased a Samsung neo Qled QN90A i bought a 5 year bestbuy warranty piece of mind is the best you dont want your $1600 dollar tv breaking with no warranty after Samsung 1 year warranty is over.

Just the service added to my parents new television.

Picture is great, but it drops WiFi connection almost daily. It’s annoying when something I’m watching suddenly freezes and then I have to go through the menu to reconnect the internet. I’ve tried restarting the tv and my router and it still happens.

Always easy to exchange broken mouse. .

Purchase price was excellent. Hopefully I won’t need this but if I do, it will more than pay for itself
