Excellent value services you hope you'll never need. Always a hassle when a large item fails and one needs service or a replacement. Geek Squad makes it easy as they come to your house to repair or replace any issues not caused by accidental damage. They also offer installation to simplify the process and that's also a great value. I have not needed to used them for my TV's but I always buy it for the peace of mind.

After purchasing a high end 4K HDTV, the Geek Squad Protection Plan is confidence that help is close by if ever needed. The price of the plan is also less than most others. In the past, the Geek Squad Protection from Best Buy was quick, friendly and satisfactory. This makes everything about buying the new TV worry-free.

I have not needed the geek squad for this purchase and hopefully I wont but i have in the past and it was helpful.

Have had to use this protection twice and both times was a pleasant experience, I believe it is better to have the protection and not need it than to need it and not have it, honestly I can recommend getting the extended warranty, without hesitation

This plan is exceptional. I was able to have my Hisense 70AG6 replaced due to the cost to repair would not have been worth it. Definitely worth the extra money spent to protect your investment.

5 year Geek squad protection is an important addtion to have when you buy a new TV. They will come to your house to fix it and if it can't be fixed they will replace the TV with a TV with dollar amount up to what you paid for the TV.

Haven't had to use the Geek Squad Service on an item in a while but when I have I've been pleased with the customer service.

TV was delivered and placed exactly where I wanted it. Answered all my questions. Very quick and effecient.

I mean all I did was get protection. If anything happens to my TV then I'll be able to get it fixed, so it definitely lowers my anxiety around that.

This insurance is extremely important. After replacing another TV brand twice, I was able to replace my TV at no cost with a more reliable brand and of course, purchased insurance again as a precaution.

I love being protected for 5 years! Big purchases that may be expensive to repair or replace through no fault of mine is covered so I’m happy!
