Always good to get 5 year warranty. I had a Plasma TV 15 years ago that went up on me with 2 weeks remaining on a five year warranty and Best Buy offered me a comparable replacement TV or value applied to an upgrade. I upgraded and enjoyed the hugely applied discount and TV.

The reason for the 4 stars is because of all the problems trying to set up the appointment to come out and install the Tv. I purchased a 55” smart tv. The installation appointment was changed 3 times. Other than that the service was great!!

When i bought the C1 LG OKED tv i knew that ill need a protection plan cover for avoid any future inconvenience. So i bought it. Im not have any problem with the tv buy one never knows. Is a great option and very necessary.

I’ve been shopping for my electronics at Best Buy for longer than I can remember. I love the Geek Squad and I love the protection plans. Unfortunately I’ve had to use the plans over the years and I’ve never been disappointed in the repairs or replacements.

Great tv hidden feajtures that are free, great high resolution and the size is just perfect for a room Would highly advise you to get it

Worth every penny. I had an HDMI port go bad in my LG C1 they came to the house replaced the entire board within 30 minutes and did not cost me anything extra. The service guys were excellent and friendly. Highly recommend when making expensive purchases.

Lots of people hate on the extended coverage programs but for an OLED TV, GeekSquad is a must. I wouldn't even consider getting an OLED if not from Best Buy, The coverage is the best in the industry, and DOES cover dead pixels, as well as burn-in. Highly recommend picking it up alongside your electronics purchases if the cost of replacing the item would be excessive or a burden.
