Very happy to have the peace of mind of a 5 year plan and if something goes wrong I know it'll be addressed correctly.

Unfortunately, I have taken advantage of these TV Warranties several times, even to the point that I received 2 NEW / REPLACEMENT TVs and would have been out a lot of money for the replacements and work if I had NOT PURCHASED these warranties! The up front price may seem high at the time but most likely would be less that the first service call!

awesome tv , a huge upgrade of the one have years ago, no we can enjoy watching series and movies, so easy to setup

When I bought a new 55" TV I got this 5 year protection plan because it was offered at a good price (and included delivery and setup) and because my 2011 TV (same price range TV) went out after only 4 years..and on which I did not have a protection plan. So far I have not had to use my protection plan but better to be safe than sorry.

I have this protection plan on every device we have in the house and it’s a great investment especially if you have children.

Purchased over a year ago and still going strong. No lines or bad leds Would purchase again! Recommend this item.

I've never been let down by geek squad and any issues have been quick resolved and settled.

Any time of purchase big ticket items , I always purchase a warranty it’s better to be safe than sorry. You just never know when the device you purchased made malfunction. Things are just not built the same way

Geek Squad fantastic Service company with quick complaint response.

After moving I needed tv mounted instead of sitting on a cabinet. The service was told to me to be covered under my geek squad warranty but then a tech showed up to “repair” my tv. He then got the mounting service rescheduled a few days later. Although there was some difficulty caused by miscommunication w/Best Buy Customer Service, tv was mounted.

Geek squad warranties always a good choice for me. I’ve purchased a warranty on almost everything electronic I buy and have only had to use it once. Excellent quality and service! Spend the extra money. It’s worth it because you never know.

Geek squad is the way to go for all purchases made at Best Buy. Now I know your probably thinking well it's a scam and my product has a manufacturer warranty.... Well that's true but the keyword is manufacturers. They only cover thing typically associated with their parts or process. Typically only for 1 year. Like the title says NO BRAINER

Purchased the 5 year warranty since so many electronics don’t have a long life span. It’s inexpensive and hopefully we never need it, but we have the peace of mind.

Crucial for any large purchase a Best buy. Always worth it to put protection on your item.

One of the best tvs I have ever bought. The stand did need a little elbow grease to get screwed in..

I have this tv for 2 years without an issue. Easy to and learn. I LOVE SAMSUNG.
