I am so glad I purchased this television. The picture quality is just beautiful. I tell all my friends and family about this television. It is so easy to get to everything you want to watch because it is all at the bottom of your screen instead of having to scroll all over the place. It is the best purchase I have ever made!! Thank you Best Buy!!!

Ordered 4 40" tvs all at the same time for a project. Everything was going fine until I opened the last box (#4). No image, just the line/shape screen, well actually I could see some of the menu to the left. Called Best Buy, said you're over 13 days, can't help you. Called Vizo next, at first they said 1 year warranty, but the next day and a few emails it was determined it was a Best Buy problem and they can't help us. Unfortunately we had to buy a 5th TV to complete the project.

When I purchased my LG TV from Best Buy, I was more than pleased to find the excellent service contract that was available, and for such an affordable price. That made my purchase all the more fantastic, knowing that any maintenance I might need in the future would be handled by experienced Best Buy service techs. Thanks, Best Buy! You Rock!

Geek Squad is a value for your products you buy. Technology now cost you a penny plus. With this Computer Gaming Model this plan can save you Lots of money. Have used the warranty a couple of times vs having to pay FULL price for a new one.

I can feel safe with the coverage , I have now. Had a TV that seemed perfect in the beginning, however, I didn't notice the sluggish remote signal, after the 1 year warranty on $1300.00 worth, BB still swapped it out. Proud of the $169.00, I spent on protection.

Replace TV since part was not available. First techs replace and connect TV. Unfortunately, the second techs replacing the new poor picture quality tv refused to connect tv w/o a charge to place it on the stand due to time constraints.

Great! Inwish there was accudental protection! And the orice was not as bad too for a 1k tv

knowing that I have a warranty on my TV gives me a lot of ease and no worries on my back I'm very grateful for the insurance

One of the best tv ever. If it’s not Sony, I always go for lg. Got this on clearance and it is full of features. Way better than it’s competitor.

I absolutely love the Geek Squad. Anytime I call with any questions (no matter how simple, hard or ridiculous) they find the best answers and give the best advice. The reason I insist on purchasing all of my electronics at best buy is solely due to the Geek Squad.

I have used the protection plan before and got a new TV when it couldn't be repaired, and we have a lot of lightning storms where I live now. Got a good price on TV but I want to be safe and not sorry.

I would not buy any electronics without the Geed Squad service protection. It has been proven to be a great value for years!

Fortunately we didn’t have the need to use this but it is always good to have the protection because 9 times out of 10 when you don’t have any protection is when the issues happens.

Trust me you will not go wrong with the geek squad protection plan I can honestly say they've honored everything I've sent their way with the protection plan. It doesn't get much better than that hard to find good companies like that nowadays.

I always buy this protection to be safe side if any of the electronics go bad within the limited time. I once had to use it and they replaced the product with no questions.
