I actually upgraded my Geek Squad PP to 5 years prior to delivery

5 years of service at great price. DON't need worry woorry if fail.

When you buy something, you never expect it to break. When you pay big buck, you really never expect it to break. I payed $2000 for a TV and got the 2 year extended warranty. 1 week before it expired, it broke. 1 day before it expired and 1 day after it was fixed, I extended it another year. It's the best money I ever spend for peace of mind.

If you’re going to get something expensive buy the protection plan it’s worth it. You may never use it but then you never know what can happen. If lighting strikes and your tv is on and it blows something out you’ll know you’ll be covered.

Have purchased peak squad warranties in the past, and I’ve always been satisfied.

The Geek Squad people are very friendly and professional. I buy most of my electronics at Best Buy and use Geek Squad Protection for all of my expensive purchases.

5 years is unbelievable. That means I will still have a warranty when I get out of prison.

We haven’t had to use the service yet and hope we won’t need to but I’m sure it will be well worth the little we had to pay for it.

It was definitely worth the price and convenience. They arrived punctually and called when they were on the way. They installed the TV and mount quickly and neatly. Very polite and explained everything before leaving.

Agent was very attractive to my needs and everything was handled in a prompt and professional manner.

When I buy any electronics in Bes Buy I get a protection plan too. My experience with those protection plan is very good, fix the electronics or change it if can not be repair.

Geek Squad set up the TV & got it started. They were helpful & open to questions. We mounted it to the wall later.

With today’s quality in electronics, you need an extended warranty plan. I’ve had to use it a while back on another product and the Geek Squad rep came to my house to address and repair the issue. It’s cheap insurance worth having.
