Good to have insurance, but most of my earlier products got issues after the warranty ends as if it is timed by Best Buy . Not even once I used the protection, but nice to have it

ALTHOUGH WE HAVE NOT HAD TO USE IT, I WANTED THE PROTECTION AS TV'S NOW ARE COMPLEX. I'M HAPPY WE PURCHASED THE SAFETY NET...JUST IN CASE.

Never had a problem with Geek Squad or a Best Buy protection plan and have had problems with other companies "insurance" or "protection plans".

Protection plan is great and well worth the money, highly recommend when purchasing electronics. Service was completed in a timely fashion.

I have used my previous service plan, warranty extension in the past and it proved to be well worth the cost a I got a replaced item at no expense to me.

Never use it. But it’s an amazing service to offer.

I recommend having an extended warranty to protect your big purchases

the price for the protection is exceptional, You never know when you might need help.

I always get the geek squad protection on my devices. It has paid off multiple times and Best Buy gives me no haste when I need to use it.

First time buying a Oled tv so I could not take a chance with Burn-in it was painful but worth it because these tv’s are expensive

Although I haven't used this service but really glad I purchased it. Reading over the Geek Protection I made the right decision to purchase it.

I personally have not had to use the protection, but have heard good things about it. According to everyone I have asked, best buy has held up their end of the bargain, take or give a little.

I bought the LG C9 with a 5 year warranty and a 1 year manufacturers warranty. I don’t have t stress about burn in or any any other issues. A must if investing in a Oled.
