I have never had to use this for this tv. Price is decent for a warranty on a tv tho

Impressed with the efficiency of the Geek Squad that installed our television. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all of our questions and gave us a review on using our new television and remote. Sadly the virus has made taking my computer to the store to get tuned up impossible, but I am sure the Geek Squad will do a great job when I am able to.

These tvs these days are so expensive I highly recommend getting the warranty. My 3 yr old Samsung I had in a shop two times for $300 each. So I for sure bought a warranty on this new tv.

I have always used Geek Squad for all my Best Buy purchases, TV's, Laptops and Gaming Systems - I have no complaints and I've always been pleased with their level of service. I recommended Best Buy to my dtr who just purchased a washer/dryer and she asked if the Geek Squad Warranty was worth it and I said absolutely. She subscribed at the time of her purchase.

I always buy warranty on electronic. Doing so will give you peace in mind.

Bought this because my 18 month old Bravia x85k stopped working. Have not had to use it yet. $300 for 5 years on a $1500 tv

Having the Geek Squad available makes things very convenient. Seniors especially would benefit by having Geek Squad Service because if you have challenges you can get help instead of being frustrated. Get the Squad!

I've got 5 tvs on the house, all 5 samsung. If I had to buy another one, ot will be samsung. My phone is samsung. Just the best brand in the US

Hopefully we won't need to use this warranty but wanted to make sure we had it just in case.. I'm so tired of buying stuff they come with a 1 year warranty after the 1 year warranty they fall apart.

This is a very valuable warranty for five years after original warranty

Excellent service have used Geek Squad for computer as well as television repair. When they were not able to repair the television they replaced it. Would highly recommend Geek Squad.

Had to get a new tv after the other one died in less than 2 years. The installers called first, arrived on time and were very efficient. They worked well in my home. Spent time explaining all features. Synced the tv with my sound system and fire stick. AND they cleaned up after themselves. Great experience all around.

I Purchase Protection on every best buy item I buy, but not just any protection........ Geek Sqaud protection! They replace with equal value of a product if your not satisfied. Im always going to recommend them because every time they have done service or replacements of my products its been shown to me that they are very concerned about my satisfaction towards their service and that is the bottom line most important thing for me as a customer. 5 stars guys!

Best buy was AWESOME! My 85" TV died after 3 years, and Best Buy was GREAT to deal with on the replacement.
