I always recommend purchasing the geek squad warranty. The convenience of them coming out to your house instead of having to take your device to them is so convenient. No matter the item or price I always purchase extended warranty at Best Buy.

Haven't had to use it yet but the claimed support problems are great and like the convenience of dealing with them through bestbuy. I'll update the review of I ever end up using this warranty for tv repair over time. Reasonable price for 3 yrs of coverage.

This plan is a decent value for full geek squad coverage. Always had good service with best buy geek squad for all my devices. Would recommend buying the 2 year plan for everything

Had 2 service calls, second one was needed for a line of pixels that went out.... GS team was very helpful and efficient! well worth the value!

Well worth the extra protection. My TV went out after 3 years and 5 days; I thought I only had a 3-year service contract but found out I had a 5-year. Replaced and reinstalled a new TV without any hassle.

Feels good to be protected by a warranty that will cover majority of the things on the television

Purchased this protection plan along with a tablet I bought. The tablet unfortunately does not get as good of a rating as the protection, and thanks to the protection plan and Geek Squad the issues with the tablet have been fixed (more than once). Geek Squad always helpful and friendly. Have used them for other products as well.

I alway purchase Geek squad Protection. It is a very wise thing to do. You never know when you will need it. All you have to do is call Best Buy for them to come out to your house. It is very wise to purchase it. They do very good work.

I didn’t use this for installation of the tv, but they have to help me uninstall my tv now and they didn’t charge me because of the situation so I appreciate it!
