Good Peace of Mind on Certain products. I have purchased this Geek Squad Service on various items over the years. No complaints.

Agents mounted my 65in tv real easily, they were very curtious, they set the tv up so i had nothing to but watch it. Plus they took away all the wrapping.

Best Buy Geek Squad has the best protection plans on Electronics as well as they've got the best return policy, exchange, replacement, ect... I highly recommend getting Electronics from Best Buy & purchasing the Geek Squad protection plan.

This was purchased for my mother who is retired and she loves it! There are so many channels for her to watch she is very happy.

Had mine for 5 years hasnt given me any trouble. I dont regret buying it.

Seamless replacement. I had a warrantee issue. They suggested an alternate brand.

So far, no problems, I like the Geek squad very much. This is why I purchased this product from best buy. I bought the 5 year warranty so I hope the freezer lasts this long. It is a nice side for my manufacture home.

I got this on my other TV. It had issues 4 years 7 months in. Best Buy refunded my full purchase price. The did not offer the model anymore. So I got the new Samsung to replace it.

I had purchased two of these. Very reasonably priced. No problems. lots of use, and I'm covered.

It is good for time being.There is a little shaky hut only if you see it carefully.

Its worth it to get but i have not needed to take anything in since we take care of our stuff!
