I always purchase Geek Squad service when purchasing computers, TVs or appliances. The Geek Squad is very responsive when I call them. I like the ease of making appointments and their in-home services.

Great if your tv goes out bad if it doesn't lol wish it covered more like if the software becomes buggy over time after updates but sadly it doesn't

Geek squad protection is the best. Haven't had to use it since your products are durable and hopefully I won't have to buy I know 8t works as my wife keeps ruining her headphones!!!

I got this with my LG Nanocell tv. The tv warranty only covers for a short period of time, so this will definitely help out if anything happens to the tv after the expiration of the tv warranty.

I purchase Geek Squad coverage for all my major purchases. I had a television that was close to the very end of the coverage - and the TV was literally dying... the Geek Squad came out and did their thing and it was literally like new!

Whereas the manufacture's warranty will only fix defective parts and products, the Geek Squad over at Best Buy can fix just about anything wrong with your item, minus physical damage to it. for about 55 bucks, that is certainly a great deal.
